The mission of the bilingual (French-Dutch) or trilingual (French-Dutch-English) Project planning manager will be to plan and manage installation and maintenance projects optimizing the use of technical resources of the company, software and hardware suppliers, and sub-contractors, to maximize customer service levels in installation and maintenance phases ; his/her tasks will include :
o Maintenance interventions
The mission of the bilingual (French-Dutch) or trilingual (French-Dutch-English) Project planning manager will be to plan and manage installation and maintenance projects optimizing the use of technical resources of the company, software and hardware suppliers, and sub-contractors, to maximize customer service levels in installation and maintenance phases ; his/her tasks will include :
- Planning and organization of the installation phase of signed contracts
- Project management of our interventions at clients
o Maintenance interventions
- Assignment of technical department resources to installation and maintenance activities,
- Cost estimations of client requests
- Supplier and sub-contractor negotiations on costs and delays
- Checking supplier deliveries / checking equipment are ready for expedition
- Answers to customer questions and communication of project information (dates of installation / intervention, …)
- Evaluation of interventions to be billed in addition to the contract (interventions outside of contract scope)
- Small commercial offers to customers

- Bilingual French- Dutch, good level in english
- Education/ background : project management in technological environments, management of technical resources
- Ability to anticipate potential issues, define priorities, handle stress
- Organized, consistent, reliable
- Communication skills (towards technical team, customers)
- Team player
- Service oriented
- Competences in Microsoft Office suite, ability to learn how to use specific tools like :
- Efficy (Customer Relationship Management)
- Project management tools

Salary :
Attractive conditions + hospital insurance, PC, GSM + car + bonuses on targets + commissions on commercial sales
Position based in Brussels, presence required every morning at 7.30 am (or delegated in specific cases) 4 days a week ; 1 day of telework per week
