- To promote the company's services and products to new and existing clients.
- To maintain/improve the company's profile and customer perception, whilst ensuring that it satisfies and excels customers present and future needs.
Main tasks of job:
- Reporting activities to the Sales Director.
- To prospect new clients and applications.
- To respond to clients technical/commercial enquires.
- To design appropriate solutions to the clients issues.
- To generate quotations for the clients.
- To provide technical support/information for clients.
- To improve and maintain your knowledge of the products and services.
- To follow up your sales quotations and those generated by the external sales team.
- To maintain the customer database.
- Attending appropriate training courses, some of which may be at the head office in Germany or other subsidiaries.
- To operate within the requirements of the company QMS.
