• You are responsible for the showroom sales to B2B and B2C customers;
• You actively prospect for new fleet customers;
• You closely follow up new B2B and B2C prospects;
• The leads are handled every day within the standards of the brand;
• You make sure that the "Lexus Recommendation Score" / or "Customer Recommendation Score" and "Google reputation score" reach their target;
• You achieve good results (min 85 %) for the mystery lead, emails, calls, visits and test drives;
• By correctly informing, advising and following up on customers, you build up a relationship of trust and ensure optimum customer satisfaction;
• You act as "Ambassador" both in the showroom and during events; your appearance is well groomed (professional attire) and you have a courteous behaviour;
• You ensure that the test drive runs perfectly;
• You take part in the different trainings (sales, product knowledge, financial, insurance,...) and achieve the results recommended by the importer;
• You make sure that the showroom New and Occasion is always in order, that the vehicles look clean with the necessary legal information (prices, Co2, ...);
• Besides the actual sale of a new car, you are also responsible for upselling additional services/products such as financing, insurance and accessories;
• You perform the necessary administrative tasks linked to the sales process correctly; according to internal procedures;
• You ensure the delivery of vehicles to customers (if necessary).
