To coordinate and handle all customer requests and demands in order to grow the business, increase market share, increase market knowledge and reach the commercial goals. Provide a link between the company and its external customers in order to provide optimal service and guarantee total customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities:

Order handling:

• Process customer purchase orders
• Communicate current lead times for customer purchase orders to the
• Monitor shipping dates on all open orders
• Manage and update customer files

New product development

• Assisting the customer in defining the product characteristics
• Advise the customer on legislation matters
• Ensure a timely delivery of New Product Development orders

Complaint handling

• Examine complaints from the customer and communicate to QA, Territory
Sales Manager and other departments related to the complaint.
• Use empowerment to solve complaints in an efficient and satisfactory way
for the customer respecting the established procedures and work

Sales and Marketing

• Collect information on the customer’s potential, new products and
competitive activity
• Support the Territory Sales Manager in generating the necessary information
for price proposals and contract negotiation for existing and new accounts
• Maintaining a perfect view and commercial insight on the different types of
customers within the territory in collaboration with the Territory Sales


• Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Territory Sales
Manager(s) on a day- to-day basis
• Handle any customer inquiry accurately
• Visit identified customers to strengthen the relationship
• Organise the follow-up of all administrative tasks and actions as indicated in
the visit reports and telephone contacts

Jouw profiel

You are a great communicator
You posses analytical thinking skills
You posses a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
You are fluent in English and French.
