In order to support the expansion of our company, we are looking for a highly-motivated Service Desk Agent to join our team.
The Service Desk Agent answers incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures.
Accurately log all Service Desk tickets usign the defined ticketing tool.
Follow-up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Categorizes and prioritizes incident cases and service requests.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Oral and written communication skills
Team player & stress-resistant
Able to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Mother tongue: Dutch or French with a good knowledge of English.
