Join us as a Customer Jedi, a hands-on and business minded person that becomes responsible for managing the relations with our existing customers and providing the best quality service to them.
This person will be the first in line to assist customers with problems and be responsible for delivering a quick and professional solution to them.
Your main responsibilities would be:
•Be the first in line to assist customers with any problem or question through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat,…)
•Search for creative solutions to help the customers as quickly as possible
•Manage all customers as a full project: prioritize and assign tasks to 2nd or 3rd line engineers if needed, provide everyone with the necessary information, follow-up internally, stay in constant communication with the customer, make sure the delivery of the solution takes place in time,…
•Log in on our robots to gather the required input for the engineers so they can analyze problems
•Define and maintain lists of frequently asked questions, common problems, and solutions,…
•Provide feedback to the company operations so we might adapt processes, the product,…
•Go on-site often, certainly with our first customers
•Find solutions to avoid going on-site
