The Client Insights and Relationship Analyst will support our Sales Manager in developing and strengthening our alumni and board relationship programs, building relationships, developing content, performing data analyses, reporting on those analyses, and supporting on key accounts management.
Specifically, responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and key stakeholders in the business to implement and coordinate alumni events, and drive best practice
• Engaging with external stakeholders to build relationships and improve engagement with the alumni and wider board relationship programs
• Tracking and preparing reporting on engagement with the alumni and board relationship programs, including registered members, website visits, event attendance, strength of relationships, etc.
• Working with the marketing team and publisher to develop content and update the alumni and board relationship program websites and social media
• Collecting and preparing data to send online,and reporting on the qualitative and quantitative survey results
• Coordinating face to face interviews and pursuit debriefs , including liaising with lead partners and clients, setting up internal debriefs, preparing reporting, and following up on actions
• Tracking engagement
• Supporting the Sales Manager in strategic account management of select accounts, including coordination and review of proposals, preparing for account team meetings, following up on actions, etc.

Votre profil

• A strong educational background
• 4-5 years’ relevant experience, including experience working with senior stakeholders
• Highly proficient in all MS Office of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, and knowledge of CRM systems
• Clarity of expression and excellent communication skills (i.e. mastery of the written and spoken language) in English (required), French (preferred), and Dutch (preferred)

• Understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and alumni
• Strong sense of business acumen and ability to understand the business drivers that are important to our alumni and board communities
• High attention to detail and professionalism, including an ability to self-review, to ensure that all reporting and outputs are accurate and of a high quality
• Ability to interpret, structure, and present information in a clear and articulate manner
• Strong organizational and planning skills, and an ability to structure task allocations around critical goals
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, work under pressure, adapt to last minute changes, and meet (tight) deadlines, while maintaining quality
• A strong sense of responsibility, pursuing tasks through to completion with energy, initiative, and enthusiasm
• A dependable team player with good interpersonal skills, a collaborative and consultative working style, and an ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels and within a diverse community (internal and external).
